Cemac Commercial Interiors completed the fitout of the new office for the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.

The project was a brand new 2-level full fitout within the existing Carlaw Park office complex.  The client is utilizing the 1st floor as their office space, and the ground floor is primarily a conference centre.

The project had an extremely tight time frame, made shorter by the late install of the client supplied carpet.  The project was delayed two weeks, but due to good planning and execution, Cemac managed to finish on the original handover date.

The fitout was over two floors, which was not unusual in itself, however they were completely unlinked which made access extremely difficult, essentially making it two separate fitouts.

Major access issues made deliveries difficult, and with a fully operational, multi level office complex to take into account, the correct implementation of our own in-house healthy and safety procedures was paramount.
